  1. This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

  2. Certain parts of this website may offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data in areas of the website. 

  3. Staffing the Universe reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which it considers in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Where Staffing the Universe does not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website, Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of Staffing the Universe, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Staffing the Universe shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

  5. You warrant and represent that:

    1. You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;

  2. The exercise of the parties' rights under a contract under these terms and conditions is not subject to the consent of any third party.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our privacy and cookies policy, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website and shall supersede all previous agreements between you and us in relation to your use of our website.

Law and Jurisdiction

  1. A contract under these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with prevailing U.S. laws.

  2. Any disputes relating to a contract under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
