Warehouse - Piece Picker/Order Selector

3:30pm - 11:30pm, M-F
*OT is a requirement if volume is heavy up to 10 hours a day and up to 60 hours per week*
1. Have you worked in a warehouse environment in the past?
2. Have you worked in a position that required constant walking, standing, bending, and reaching for 8 hours a day? If so, what position?
3. Do you agree to no cell phone use on warehouse floor and no tobacco use on CVS property?
4. Are you able to work Monday - Friday, 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. including overtime as required?
5. Are you able to frequently lift weight between 30-50 lbs., and up to 75 lbs. with team lift?
