Packing incoming stock away, taking inventory and reporting shortages. Keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments. Picking orders as requested by management. Pickers are responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders -from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock and other. Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat, and well-organized.
  • Manages Repair orders.
  • Partners with Inventory/Cart Processing team to fulfill orders
  • Pulls spare parts from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements.
  • Ensures that orders fulfilled are accurately.
  • Meets daily KPIs and Goals set by management
  • Cycle count of spare parts arrived from supplier
  • Pulls and packs repairs based on daily orders.
  • Meets specifics of client orders in a timely manner.
  • Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
  • Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
  • Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Minimum Education required: High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-3 years' experience in a similar capacity
  • Scanning and sorting outgoing stock
  • Pulling, packing, and loading
  • Receiving, stocking, and stacking
  • Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred
  • Basic computer-based knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Detail, Quality and Safety Oriented
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus with ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Must be able to work overtime as required by the demands of the business
  • Equipment: Reasonable care and operation of standard equipment.
  • Financial: Errors in the picker process may result in costly exchanges of products
  • Internal and External Business Contacts: Responsible for maintaining good relations internally. Generally, interacts with After Sales personnel and visitors as necessary.
