POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: The video producer is responsible for creative development, filming/videography through post production for all projects assigned. This position will interact with creative team members and internal requestors and will report into the North America Video Production Dept.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Producers will handle all day to day responsibilities of filming for all projects assigned.They will be responsible for capturing all necessary footage and audio as it relates to live shoots and may assist with the coordination of all logistics.Producers are responsible for maintaining production equipment.Producers will work closely with other producers to ensure quality video productions.The Producers will be responsible for delivering footage and files to internal team for ingest. The Producers will have face to face time with clients and must manage shoots as needed on a per project basis at various budget levels across multiple categories. Develop innovative and creative opportunities to distribute video assets; Prioritize projects and team members while updating timelines. Other duties as assigned. Oversee post production of projects as assigned, working directly with editors, motion graphics and other team members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Skills: The Producer must have a proven track record of excellent filming/videography skills and the ability to assist in the development of high quality, creative and compelling concepts for advertising.This position must coordinate with various internal and/or external partners to schedule and execute various types of productions while adhering to project deadlines and budgets.Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously.Excellent client facing skills.Strong understanding of production techniques in filming, time needed for projects and best practices for execution related to production services is essential.Must work well within a collaborative environmentAbility to work overtime hours, occasional weekends, and travel both domestically and internationally. Experience: The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of previous experience. Familiarity with social media platforms. Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, under tight deadlines. Education: High. School Diploma Required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree Film and Video Production or proven progressive responsibility in video or television production. Strong written language, grammar, spelling, and copy editing. Proficiency in non-linear editing, After Effects and related software strongly preferred. Experience with remote recording via Zoom or other video conference software. Spanish language proficiency.
