Job Summary
Responsible for designing and executing strategic and comprehensive talent acquisition initiatives to effectively identify attract qualify recruit hire and retain talent to meet current and projected needs of the organization Responsible for facilitating and processing internal employment transitions
Job Responsibilities
bull Establishes and maintains effective relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partner Teams by being developing an understanding of the business unit and its39 needs by being proactive accessible and responsive providing regularly scheduled status updates on recruitment activity and pipeline generation and maintenance
bull Advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques hiring processes and guidelines including Compliance and regulatory requirements
bull Builds and maintains skill set pipelines of both active and passive candidates ensuring pipeline provides a diverse highly qualified interviewselection slate
bull Recruits and sources for actual and projected positions using traditional and creative approaches including but not limited to job postings internet postings advertisements professional networking sourcing cold calling data mining attendance at job fairs conferences colleges and universities attendance at professional associations and events
bull Exhibits exceptional relationship management ability that includes the ability to communicate persuasively build credibility and interpret verbal and nonverbal behavior
bull Ability to represent Children39s Hospital of Philadelphia on a local and national level in a professional manner

bull Excellent verbal and written communications skills
