Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Assistant will focus on creating a positive and memorable experience to concierge new applicants from initial engagement through a job offer with ***. This includes the importance of streamlining and expediting the initial contact and interview phases creating a seamless process that enhances the new candidate's experience. The Talent Acquisition Assistant will ensure data integrity, compliance and accuracy in the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The role also includes sourcing of qualified candidates as well as the scheduling and coordination of all interviews with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring leaders. Overall, the role is an integral and forward-facing position to represent ***'s brand.
Essential Generic Job Functions (List in order of importance):

1. Responsible for performing preliminary screening on candidates in the ATS.
2. Responsible for scheduling interview for the TAP
3. Responsible for scheduling interviews with the hiring leaders
4. Initiate sourcing for positions as directed by the TAP
5. Participate in the mining of the ATS database for qualified candidates
6. Responsible for the posting of approved position on the ATS ensuring an accurate job description is being used.
7. Integral part of executing a positive first contact experience for new candidates interested in joining HMH involving processes, data collection, etc.
8. Responsible to be proficient with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in order to maintain data integrity with emphasis on accurate system usage and compliance and ability to adapt quickly to new, evolving ATS processes.
9. Fielding and responding to applicant and team member inquiries, updates and results appropriately.
10. May support other related talent acquisition administrative support tasks.
11. Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
12. Ensures new hire file complete prior to sending to Onboarding Coordinator for hiring.
13. Lifts a minimum of 5 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 5 lbs and stands a minimum of 1 hour a day.
14. Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.

Required: Demonstrated proficiency in contemporary computer software, e.g. Office Suite 365, Google, etc. Exceptional communication skills including verbal and written capabilities. Exceptional organizational skills. "Can do” attitude. Demonstrated ability to collaborate for the purposes of driving for results. Customer-centricity. Experience with applicant tracking systems and PeopleSoft preferred.
