Summary Objective

The RecruiterStaffing Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruiting which includes recruiting screening and recommending placement of staff using a variety of creative methods both internal and external The Staffing Specialist helps assign contract employees whose skills match customers39 needs This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques a basic understanding of the company39s structure as well as an extensive knowledge on personnel policy and procedure with federal and state laws regarding employment practice

Essential Functions

bull Delivers high quality service to customers and contract employees by matching contract employees39 skills with customer39s needs

bull Performs a variety of tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service

bull Performs tasks unique to each specific customer account

bull Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service

bull Detail notes regarding attributes in the ATS

bull Manages the order management process when assigned to positions by the Managing Director or Recruiting Manager

bull Processes job requisitions in a timely fashion maintaining adequate levels of support on assigned jobs

bull Follows up with Account Managers Senior Staffing Specialists for feedback on candidates

bull Updates ATS Corrected with candidate statuses

bull Uses traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates

bull Coordinates with Recruiting managers to determine best recruiting process for positions

bull Interviews candidates by phone or in person administers appropriate assessments if required

bull Completes Interview preparation and debrief

bull Delivers employment offers and communicates important employment information

bull Manages all candidate activity in the applicant tracking system ATS including but not limited to communications emails discussions problems and or issues

bull Uses the ATS system to fill assignment orders rapidly with qualified contract employees

bull Manages application resume files and retention according to company policy

bull Troubleshoots to resolve problems or complaints of customers and or contract employees

bull Maintains relationships and consistent contact with candidates and field employees
