6 month temp contract assignment

Job PurposeOverview
The BI Analyst will support the analytical needs of Supply and their internal partners with the development and delivery of reports and information analysis Through understanding the business process and detailed data the associate will assist Supply associates in analysis and problem solving This role will also provide technical advisory services to decision makers regarding the effective use of enduser reporting tools such as Business Warehouse along with frontend tools such as Tableau The associate will provide handson expertise to business users when developing complex adhoc reports Further the Business Intelligence Analyst will provide information and insights through maintenance distribution analysis and training of reports

Key Responsibilities
bull Responsible for execution of daily weekly and monthly Supply reports providing analytical support and expertise as it pertains to functional data
bull Collaborate with other members of reporting team to streamline and continuously improve reporting solutions
bull Develop and facilitate training to Supply associates regarding the effective use of enduser reporting tools such as BW SAP JDA and other supported technologytool as well as provide handson expertise when developing complex adhoc reports
bull Document and maintain reporting processestechnical instructions
bull Contribute to the transformation of moving reports from static Excel files to dynamic visualizations in Tableau
bull Recommend develop and deliver key reports to Supply Planning to monitor and improve business performance and decision making

Context and Scope
bull Collaborate with peer group key stakeholders and functional leads to understand current and potential future issues
bull Identify and resolve advanced technical issues
bull Engage with the Supply Leaders and Mars Information Services to ensure that all business intelligence solutions are consistent with the business strategies across MWC

Job SpecificationsQualifications
1 Education amp Professional Qualification
bull An undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering Operations Research Supply Chain Management and related fields or equivalent business experience Minimum degree requirement is an Associates
bull 03 years of supply chain experience which could include Business Intelligence Production Scheduling Demand Planning amp Forecasting Operations Industrial Engineering Customer Service or Logistics
bull Experience with analytics and reporting

Preferred Qualifications
bull 24 years of supply chain experience with focus in Business Intelligence Production Scheduling Demand Planning amp Forecasting Operations Industrial Engineering Customer Service or Logistics

2 KnowledgeExperience
bull Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to drive continuous improvement
bull Skilled at presenting data in a factual and concise manner across many levels within the organization
bull Ability to gather stakeholders requirements to produce necessary reports
bull Ability to develop and execute training material for enduser community as well as process documentation
