Job Description Summary

Develops marketing strategies for new and existing products and services. Researches trends and technologies to ensure products meet customer needs. Creates marketing programs to popularize the products to customer audiences. Works with sales to ensure that sales reps have necessary product collateral and advertising materials. Use this job function when the incumbent's responsibilities involve a wide breadth of marketing activities.

Summary:
This position is a fantastic opportunity for a high energy, proactive communications professional. This position will support our efforts to drive corporate reputation, both internally and externally.

The professional will gain hands-on experience working closely with members of the Corporate Communications team which is responsible for public relations, brand reputation, crisis communications, executive communications, strategic internal communications, social media and corporate social responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The  corporate communications associate will source and write content for the Company's internal and external communications channels, provide technical, administrative and creative support for multiple communications projects, and conduct research to support our communications activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Researching, writing and editing for presentations, social posts, announcements, web pages, intranet content, blogs, stories, newsletters, media alerts, press releases and campaigns
Assisting with media and corporate reputation monitoring and measurement
Providing strategic counsel to various stakeholders and groups across the organization
Helping drive communications that support s Global Citizenship program
Developing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences
Supporting and participating in crisis communications prep and practice
Assisting in budget management

Experience Requirements
Comfortable liaising with others, especially those in different geographies and in a matrixed work environment
Proactive ability to gather information, reach out to colleagues, and initiate dialogue with others
Excellent verbal, written communications and interpersonal skills required
Strong project management, organization, creative writing and editing skills required
Ability to think strategically alongside impeccable attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media channels required
Displays maturity, professionalism and a positive attitude
Strong team player, self-motivated, able to work across boundaries
Operates well under pressure and can balance multiple priorities

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required in journalism, communications, marketing or public relations. Master's degree a plus
Minimum of four years' experience in communications or public relations or marketing
Experience writing professional communications for internal or external audiences preferred
