Managers Notes:
Change Management
Authorize and approve standard, minor/low and emergency changes
Coordinate and conduct meetings with Change advisory board (CAB) to discuss higher risk changes.
Authority to implement or reject a change.
Ensures that all activities designed to implement the change are as per the standards.
Ensures the policies and procedures are well defined, recognized, and reviewed.
Prepare Change dashboard for the CAB team to understand and evaluate the proposed changes.
Facilitate retrospective sessions with the CAB members
Other duties as assigned
Problem Management
Coordinate, standardize, and lead all activities ensuring root cause and prevention is identified.
Prepare Problem dashboard and facilitate problem review sessions with a large IT audience.
Facilitate retrospective sessions with the Problem board members.

The *** Kansas City, MO location is seeking to hire a Business Process Analyst for the Corporate IT department!
This position will be responsible for ***s IT organization. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is curious about how different IT teams work together to facilitate change and problem resolution. This person will have the opportunity to work with all members of the IT organization at Burns allowing them to showcase their ability to facilitate healthy conversations that lead to productive outcomes.
Responsible for developing strategies that supporting the Information Technology department and/or business need for efficient and effective use of best practices.
- Identify requirements, approach, solutions, costs, risks and options to address business need.
- Lead implementation activities of an initiative, application or feature set.
- Responsible for project documentation including definition, requirements, conversion, testing, implementation and training.
- Able to priorities initiatives by assessing business value for effort and develop options. Collaborates with vendor to understand product direction, release strategy, and timeframe.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems technologies, architectures and products.

We would like to hire Staff or Senior level Business Analysts
Staff level - 4+ ears experience plus a Bachelors degree
Senior level - 8+ years plus a Bachelors degree
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field etc. Applicable years of experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and planning skills.
ITIL V3 or 4 certified OR willing to get certified.
Ability to influence and shape change, alongside internal senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently.
