To provide technical and construction contracting experience to maintain accurate records of proceedings, decisions, and budget allocations for the ORF Buildings and Facilities Board, and to perform analyses and make recommendations for funding requests and budget allocations.

* Prepare and keep up to date a list of candidate projects for future years - Monthly
* Conduct meetings with Subject Matter Experts and branch chiefs to develop projects - Bi-Annually
* Review emergency funding requests - Weekly
* Prepare special study reports on capital funding issues including resource allocations - Weekly
* Maintain record of proceedings and decision making by the B&F Board and all ad hoc committees including weekly Board Co-Chair Meetings - Weekly

Provides executive experience needed to conduct needs assessments and develop recommendations for improvements of current operations.

* Provide services on a full range of issues relating to administrative management and operational support of ORF B&F.

Collaborates with other professionals to develop recommendations for current and future initiatives.

* Provide creative counsel on data reporting and formatting.

Advises management and staff on formulation of new strategies and sensitive or complicated issues.

* Review plans for future programs based on draft and final forms.

Works with staff to develop and implement new and proactive programs geared to specific audiences.

* Provide input on complex inquiries.

Conducts research and analysis to proactively address and respond to inquires on various policies and issues.

* Collaborate with ORF Project Officers to address concerns and address needs.
