Description/Comment:This role will support full life cycle recruiting efforts supporting experienced hires (junior level up to Sr. Manager) in the following client areas to include but not limited to: HR, Finance, Legal, IT, R&D, Commercial/Sales. This recruiter will post, source and phone screen and offer viable talent and assist in the hiring manger in selection and screening. This position offers flexible remote and onsite work. The ideal candidate would be able to commit to this role for at 2 months. (Feb.-April)


Work with the nations leading diagnostic testing company.
Gain experience developing strategies to source top talent.

Own the process for engaging, evaluating and hiring top candidates to join our company
Work with team leaders to develop job descriptions, identify candidates and manage the candidate experience
Manage the inbound applicant pipeline and identify passive job seekers using a full range of sourcing/attraction tactics and resources
Provide a pleasant experience for every candidate from application stage to offer while evaluating skill level
Driving the interview and offer process including reference checks

4 year degree preferred not requireds and at least 3 years experience recruiting in a corp. environment.
The successful candidate will have experience interviewing candidates, a warm personality, be an excellent judge of character and have excellent organizational skills
Solid MS Office experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

8 hour shift/40 hours per. week
Work Remotely: Temporarily due to COVID-19
