FieldLink is working with a national integrator who is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.


Supports Project Managers, Sales and Operations required including but not limited to various Pre-Sales, Planning, Implementation, and Closing Activities as identified below.

  • Assist with the creation of project documentation
  • Coordinate and monitor follow-through on a variety of project tasks
  • Experience with financial forecasts and revenue/profit analysis, budget development and general contract administration
  • Experience with MS Office Suite to include Excel (proficient level), PowerPoint (proficient level), Word (proficient level)
  • The ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Work with the Company financial applications and processes.
  • Assemble data for trending and forecasting.
  • Work with the Project Manager (PM) to track and forecast financial performance on project including primary and subcontract commitment and expenditures to ensure conformance to budgetary limits.
  • Support the PM in day-to-day business operations functions.\This includes Project Control activities, Subcontractor management, Accounting labor/ODC adjustments, client and vendor invoice reconciliation to job cost data, and project plan management. Develop and track project spend plans, budget execution status reports, and perform variance analyses.
  • Experience with financial forecasts and revenue/profit analysis, budget development and general contract administration


Pre-Sales Phase Activities:

  • Pull job numbers in VIMs and set-up folders on the network
  • Project Take-offs and spreadsheets for estimates
  • Develop initial P&L
  • Sales and Marketing

Planning Phase Activities:

  • Creates/Supports the development of a detailed Service Tickets
  • Prepares and submits Purchase Requests to purchasing.
  • Submit PO/Contract and P&L(s) to Admin and request for Project Status change.
  • Participate in Internal Kick-off meetings.

Implementation Phase Activities:

  • budget tracking activities: run job cost reports
  • Create Invoice Requests
  • Create Change Orders in VIMs and change request Service tickets for Service Technicians.
  • Project Metrics Oversight
  • Project Control from a Systems Focus

Closing Phase Activities:

  • Create final project invoice request
  • Support warranty registration process
  • Support the Project Manager and team with the preparation of presentations status reports, meeting minutes, project metrics, monthly and quarterly client deliverables, ad hoc customer reports, and various project documentation as needed.
  • Review financial and other reports for accuracy
  • Facilitate team meetings


· Industry experience preferred.

· Must be knowledgeable with MS Word, MS Excel and an email application such as Office 365 including Teams and Outlook
