The The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute is looking for a dynamic Management Analyst located in Betehsda, MD.

Overall Position Summary and Objectives The contractor will independently provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objective.

Bachelor's

Certifications & Licenses
  • Master's degree in a related field or Three (3) years of specialized experience plus a BA/BS degree is equivalent to a Master's degree.

  • Work products related to managing office operations, specifically calendaring, meeting scheduling, agenda development, note-taking and distribution of meeting materials. - Ad-Hoc
  • Work products and documents related to maintaining and utilizing various internal Small Business Program data sources and tools; geographical mapping tools to facilitate visualization of the locations of Small Business Program awardees, outreach activities, and related resources. - Ad-Hoc
  • Work products and documents related to developing, updating, and maintaining the OTAC SharePoint pages, Intranet and public office and small business webpages, and shared drive files; developing content for and maintaining the office and NHLBI Small Business Program website; supporting web and social media projects of the OTAC. - Ad-Hoc
  • Work products and documents related to maintaining the records management system to ensure proper filing, accountability, storage, and retrieval of files; tracking and main-taining accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date data for the SBIR Review Panel. - Ad-Hoc
  • Work products and documents related to developing and implementing processes and standard operation procedures for effective coordination and support of the OTAC out-reach activities; supporting the OTAC activities by performing a variety of other day-to-day project coordination and management functions. - Ad-Hoc
