Job Description:Description:
The Human Resource (HR) Analyst will collect, compile, analyze financial data, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to assist with bonus plans templates, and legal compliance.

Scope of assignment/project:
Creation/Distribution/Tracking of annual pay plans
Update pay plan templates based by job codes/titles.
Creation/Upload of pay plans for all eligible employees for managers to review/approve via CLM/DocuSign. Upon receipt of management's approval forward to EEs to sign via DocuSign.
Tracking of signed pay plans.
Will need to work with executive management team to obtain KPIs/quotas for creations of pay plans.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to details and high level of accuracy as this individual will be working with pay data
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's systems finance, human resources and other employee software.
Ability to function in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong follow up skills will be working with managers to obtain data and follow up with managers/employees to ensure pay plans are reviewed/signed within time specified
Ability to multi-task as well as the ability to prioritize and handle a demanding workload
Ability to work independently and with little supervision
Advanced skills in MS Office Suites with great emphasis on Excel (must be able to do pivot tables, create formulas, v-look ups, etc.)

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.
At least one year of experience in related areas such as job classification and compensation, and/or compliance preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to work onsite
