Position Summary
The Sr. Manager, Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) will report to and work directly with the VP, HRBP, Corporate functions to support the business objectives and cyclical talent initiatives for Global Finance, including and with special emphasis in our ERP initiative (SAP Implementation), Legal and Corporate Affairs teams during the incumbents leave of absence. This involves working on a regular basis with Global Leadership teams (C-Suite + ones) and interaction with C-Suite executives.

This position is expected to deliver a broad range of HR support, flexing from strategic planning to day-to-day tactical (i.e. HRIS and administrative) support of designated client groups which operate across all geographies. The HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicates needs proactively to the business units and seeks to develop integrated solutions. The HRBP will be the main point of contact for any cyclical HR/Talent processes and will be expected to tailor communications, process, etc. to the needs of the client group. The HRBP has a business and action oriented mindset and maintains an effective level of communication across different levels of the organization. This person must be able to balance and effectively prioritize tasks and critical business initiatives, while managing stakeholders across the globe. This is a six-month contract assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as the HR Business Partner for assigned client groups, in partnership with the VP Corporate Functions, by providing both strategic advice as well as hands-on team support with day-to-day HR needs.
Parner with peer HRBPs supporting other Corporate Functions to deliver seamless support to the organization.
Develop an in-depth understanding of core HR programs and processes (annual performance review, engagement action planning, talent planning, workday transactions and reporting, succession planning, etc.).
Execute HR core processes with each client group, tailoring communication and roll out plans based on the size and needs of the organization.
Execute on strategic talent initiatives that are in-flight for duration of assignment. This includes talent management, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
Partner in the Talent Acquisition process from recruitment through onboarding; encourage building strength through diversity, equity, and inclusion
Provides direct coaching and partnership to the business as needed to guide or identify strategies to increase employee engagement through effective communication, policies, and practices.
As needed, build team effectiveness by designing and delivering small scale, organizational interventions specific to the unique requirements of the business unit
Support training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with Employee Relations and Employment Counsel as needed/required

Job Requirements
7 + years experience in Human Resources, including global and matrix teams with broad generalist experience
Experience supporting ERP (SAP) implementations strongly preferred. Experience with Corporate Functions is ideal.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, knows how to operate across all levels of the organization.
Analytical capabilities and an ability to influence managers/leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention and the employee experience
Able to deal with ambiguity and identify critical priorities while working independently
High level of influence, executive presence and to be Company First
