• Support a fast-paced design team in development, test, and troubleshooting of 3D printing systems.
• Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical tasks to execute test plans for the System Integration (SI) testing of 3D printing systems.
• Daily operation of 3D printer machines and work with engineers to complete repairs, perform engineering tests, and retrofits.
• Document all observations, suggestions for work process improvements, and daily SI test event logs in excel or web based form.
• Assist with problem-solving activities for 3D printing system issues.
• Assist with day to day lab activities, may occasionally assist Engineers and Designers with machine upgrades.
• Will require several weeks of training Day shift 8-5PM upon start. This is to become proficient with the printer and all associated operator and maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Once trained will move to M-F B shift 2PM – 11PM or similar hours.

• A strong work ethic and team-oriented focus with excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Good trouble-shooting and repair skills
• Excellent computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Mechanical & Electrical aptitude (a plus).
• Ability to use measurement tools.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail/accurate data entry.
• Works well with limited supervision
• Highly self-motivated

• Experience in basic E/M repairs, product development and bench test equipment
• Preferred: 2 years of experience

EDUCATION: Minimum AA in Electronics
