Duties:

Provides assistance and guidance to managers/staff in need of general department information; provides clerical and telephone support to department and performs computer input of data. Responsible for data entry and billing. Assists managers in interpreting resource data and in the completion of appropriate forms and / or paperwork. Attends all scheduled staff meetings and mandatory training classes for computer software applications determined appropriate by manager. Data is processed and analyzed accurately and in a timely manner. Appropriate codes are used and complete information is input.

Skills:

Minimum 6 months prior experience as a Data Entry Clerk or Data Entry Coordinator.
Minimum Required Education-High School Graduate

Computer Skills
Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
Customer Service Skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient typing
Willingness to learn computer MMIS system
Assist team at window
Must be familiar with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Meets, etc). Intermediate Excel skills required.
Worker will be trained by department upon start.
Must be highly reliable and be available to work all days and not have any scheduling issues that are not pre-disclosed prior to offer.
Must not have alternative jobs that would interfere with HMH schedule being a priority.
