Job Description:Customer Support Specialist

Our client, located in San Diego, has multiple customer service openings. These are direct hire opportunities with one of the best employers in San Diego. The Customer Support Specialist will receive extensive training and will be part of a highly effective team. Customer Support Specialists are responsible for a wide range of processes and procedures, offer indispensable service through communication. Your mission will be to build strong, trusting relationships with customers and their staff by using critical thinking. To help achieve this, the team utilizes an extensive in-house training program to prepare you for a successful career.



Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as the first point of contact for external customers and their staff by answering operational questions and resolving critical client issues over the phone
  • Building relationships with external customers and their staff by providing an outstanding level of service so satisfying they would never want to be without us
  • Updating callers on a broad range of topics, from account establishment and asset movement to more complex corporate actions and tax-reporting questions
  • Collaborating with various internal operations teams across the firm to research and resolve complicated issues
  • Staying abreast of new resources, products, and procedures as well as industry news and regulations
