Overview of DepartmentDivision
Tufts Technology Services COVID Testing Support Center is the group within Tufts Technology Services quotTTS that supports the business processes and technology systems that enable the university39s COVID19 testing program The program includes testing of students faculty and staff on the university39s four campuses community testing for neighbors who live close to the university39s MedfordSomerville campus and K12 teachers in the surrounding communities of Medford and Somerville The TTS COVID Command Center is a key component of the university39s effort to keep the campus and its host communities safe during the COVID19 pandemic

Position Description amp Responsibilities
The TTS COVID Testing Support group has a unique opportunity for 23 skilled customer service professionals to provide email and phonebased customer support related to the university39s COVID Testing program The COVID Testing Support Customer Service Representative will be available to answer questions from students faculty and staff via phone and email sent to the company email account as well has make outgoing calls related to test scheduling compliance and general program information

The COVID Testing Support Customer Service Representative responsibilities include
Answer incoming questions and provide resources and pathways to basic services
Callcontact people who missed tests who need to be rescheduled or to find out why they haven39t adhered to the testing schedule
Record data related to certain inquiries on Excel spreadsheets
Use university provided telephone and computer systems
Other related customer support work

Communicates in a professional manner
Willing to take initiative to track down information based on inquiries
Complete training requirements
Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office data entry and web skills
