Job Title Customer Service Representative
Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about transactions and services data entry or to obtain details of complaints Opens and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem expediting correction or adjustment following up to ensure resolution
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


13 years of relevant experience
Previous experience with Credit Card Processing preferable Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work well with internal and external customers Computer proficiency in MS Office suite Excel Word Exchange Must be able to multitask in a fastpaced environment ability to trouble shoot Close attention to detail Ability to work independently
Bilingual Spanish required
