Provide energy efficiency program implementation and administrative support
This position supports the energy efficiency telephone line and provides residential and commercialindustrial program support
The individual will be answering calls on the Energy Efficiency hotlinenbsp Calls may include scheduling appointments or answering questions regarding the programnbsp This is not in a call center they will not take calls on outages or payments or be required to meet any quotasnbsp Other Administrative duties will be assigned along with other program tasksnbspto provide support to the groupnbsp
  • Candidate should possess strong communication and customer service skills
  • They should specifically be comfortable on the phone and in addition possess strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as being able to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Team
  • Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer Service background
  • Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Strong Organizational skills good technical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with various database applications
