Responsibilities Call Center tasks so prior highvolume phone work is preferred however if you have a strong retail candidate who is interested in call center work we will consider them Please ensure they at least have intermediate experience working with computers this is required BNB Bank is integrating systems with another Bank Most of the customer inquiry is expected to be around service fees However the bank is providing their customers with a 20 page document reviewing all of the changes so customers may have questions about information in that document which will be covered in training

Training MF 1000am600pm for one week

About the Role
As a Vehicle Lease Representative you will work in a dynamic team environment assisting with inbound and outbound calls In this position you will guide customers through the automotive leaseend process while helping the company achieve desired financial outcomes as defined by client objectives Our clients included some of the largest financial institutions and automotive finance companies in the United States
Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to
Assist customers with their early lease terminations
Quote remaining payments on vehicle lease
Submit orders for vehicle inspections
Provide customers and dealers with over mileage information
Assist customers who are looking to refinance their lease
Follow clientsrsquo policy to aid customers during post maturity stage
Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum one year experience in a highvolume call center Demonstrated ability to take independent initiative Intermediate proficiency with Windows based software programs ie MSWord Excel Solid analytical and multitasking skills that result in solid decisionmaking skills and time management Strong customerclient focus with the ability to resolve issues with a positive outcome Comfort working in a fastpaced highvolume office setting with great attention to detail
