Job Title: Spare Parts and Repair Specialist - Aftermarket Department
Potential CTH
Pay Rate: $39 - $41 /Hr DOE
Normal working hours are 7am to 3:30pm.

Aftermarket Specialist is responsible for being a focal point with customers in providing the parts and services required to meet their needs. Creates technical repair quotations, cost structure, pricing, export shippers, invoices, and product scheduling. Manages external communications with customers and internal departments through project or product delivery.

Customer Interface: Manage customer communications, resolve conflicts, and set expectations
Prepare quotations for customers and provide outreach and upsales to increase revenue
Receive customer POs and Order Entry
Evaluate orders to create suitable production schedules
Create work orders to process components
Address and resolve production issues
Coordinate production operations in accordance with normal processes, and
material/labor/equipment availability.
Provide status updates and communicate them to management and customers.
Keeping track and building up Pricing database
Contract knowledge, insuring liability protections and favorable commercial terms, such as
Responsible for Cash, follow-up until receipt of payments.
Other Duties as required.

Individual Contributor

Bachelor's Degree with technical background

4-6 years in a frontline role, interacting with customers and coordinating various internal functions

Previous experience developing and maintaining good customer relations. Relates well to
people at all levels. Manages conflict. Focuses on customer needs and satisfaction.
