Job Title: Customer Credit Representative

Length of assignment: June 2023- August 2023 (depending on workload may extend or end sooner)

What schedule is the candidate required to work? Flexible start times starting 7:00 AM

At any time is overtime required or would you say it is just available as a function of the job? Overtime may be required, depending on business needs

Quick description of the role or project story (What this role will be doing):
o Administers processes as they relate to Customer Credit functions.
o Monitors and provides customer contact on exception situations for delinquency, deposit guarantees, payment arrangements, energy assistance programs, and disconnections due to nonpayment.
o Works with internal and external partners to provide administration and daily activities.
o Provide analysis and determination of unauthorized use and works with customer to ensure payment is made
o Provide phone support for Energy Diversion Hotline on a daily basis
o Provides general analysis and reporting on energy diversion, provide metrics toward meeting objectives set by management.
o Prepares weekly and monthly progress reports on back office operations.
o Provide support for business partners when requested (e.g., emergency storm response)
