The NCI is looking for a Contracts Analyst for their Rockville, MD loaction.

Overall Position Summary and Objectives This position will independently provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the NCI/OM
Minimum Education
Bachelor's

Certifications & Licenses
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years in a related field

DELIVERABLES
  • Work products and documents related to assembling necessary data for the pre and post award and documentation of a contract; prepare contract file folders; prepare contracts for closeout. - Monthly
  • Provide weekly written status reports on contracts completely closed out in all systems and appropriate disposition measures taken, if applicable, as well as provide updates on all interim steps taken towards completion of pending contract close-outs and notes on next steps needed to be taken. - Weekly
  • Participate in meetings at least on a monthly basis to discuss contract close-out management for the office portfolio. - Monthly
  • Prepare close-out contract actions in appropriate business systems, such as NBS PRISM and FPDS, as well as update records in internal NCI workload management and contract management systems as necessary. - Weekly
