Consumer Relations Associate

General Purpose
Provide customer service to consumers via multiple of channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives. Fluent in French required.
Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities
Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers
Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes
Problem solve in a professional and effective manner.
Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to: telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc)
Answer incoming calls and incoming chats
Respond to incoming emails
Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first-call resolution
Return calls from voicemail
Meet department and personal KPIs
Education and Experience
High School Degree
Bi-lingual helpful (French/English)
Above-average Microsoft Office skills
Key Competencies
Communication skills (verbal and written)
Customer service focus
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Reliable and dependable
Work well as part of a team
Full Time (40 hours per week)
Remote Work Environment
Flexible Hours (including weekends) hours of operations Mon through Fri 8 AM to 8 PM ET
