Job Summary
The Brand Designer must have a passion for design and eager to collaborate with other creative people You must be selfmotivated organized and accountable Having the ability to concept and develop creative executions under sometimes tight deadlines is critical to success in this role Working with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and vendor partners the Brand Designer provides guidance and innovative solutions

Job Duties
The Brand Designer is responsible to generate communication strategy and tactics across digital and traditional channels to engage audiences through original and compelling visual content HeShe must maintain established corporate brand standards and consistency of message across all published materials and media HeShe creates graphic design elements for communication efforts including but not limited to infographics branded identity development email campaigns digital content layout presentation decks and some print content

Other Duties
bull Ensure the design and all assets are delivered to specifications on time and on brief
bull Selling in your designs to the client and other team members based on adherence to strategy and business objectives
bull Work alongside copywriter to concept and develop final deliverables
bull Staying up to date on and experimenting with industry trends
bull Work with Digital Asset Management team to properly catalog and distribute creative assets

Minimum Requirements
bull This position is located at UPS in Atlanta GA
bull 35 years of experience either inhouse or agency preferred
bull Must have portfolio available
bull Degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts Marketing or equivalent experience
bull Must have a high level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator
bull Proven graphic design experience with strong portfolio with emphasis on design
bull Emphasis on clean usable and sophisticated layouts with an eye for detail
bull Ability to identify trends and insights and optimize performance based on insights
bull Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines effectively and multitask
bull Fluency with Microsoft Office including Word Outlook PowerPoint and Excel
bull Knowledge of newest emerging technologies tools and communication platforms
bull Solid understanding of advertising brand and marketing principles
bull Solid understanding of typography color theory and composition principles
