Responsible for customer service of benefits monitors calls benefits inbox
Track payments for employees on Leave of Absence retirees
Send out Leave of absence communication
Collects new hire dependent supporting document review and followup
Data Collection
Knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel
25 years experience administering employee benefits or insurance benefit information
Work effectively and efficiently within strict deadlines as part of a team
Strong organization skills
Ability to selfmanage in a fastpaced environment and to troubleshoot issues as they arise
Strong knowledge of Excel and experience navigating online systems
Ability to receive prioritize and complete tasks from multiple sources with minimal supervision and must also
possess proven customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal analytical and written communication skills
Ability to think creatively to solve problems
Experience working in a strong customerservice focused environment within the human resources benefits
retirement plan administration field strongly preferred
Experience in developing educational and training materials
Education College degree or equivalent professional experience
