Some Duties: Role will consist of supporting PCs, Printers, and Mobile Devices (iPhones/iPads/etc.). Unbox hardware, perform initial config, and work with end user to load software/data onto new device.
Top Skills Needed:
PC Hardware/software troubleshooting and installation, good people skills for 1x1 work
Top Nice to Have Skills:
MS-Office 365 (Teams/outlook/excel/etc) familiarity, friendly personality
Travel - 10% of time to different sites, will be eligible to expense mileage.
