Additional Job Details
5 am to 230 pm for the working hours but candidates should be open to working anywhere in the 4a ndash 8p range typically 910 hr days at this time
Right now we have Group 1 5a ndash 230p and Group 2 9a ndash 630p
They should be open for overtime on weekdays extended hours and weekends
Minimum 3 years hands on experience working in an industrial environment

Job Duties
bull Assembly of components for manufacturing of fluid ends frac pumps
bull Track and maintain identification for traceability of assemblies and parts
bull Maintain quality records
bull Assembly and disassembly of systems with highpressure fittings seals and plugs
bull Setup and teardown of autofrettage highpressure fixture
bull Perform autofrettage high pressure process using pressure bay control system
bull Troubleshoot failures during assembly and autofrettage
bull Resolve problems associated with the assembly and autofrettage
bull Package and prepare items for shipping
bull Receiving items and placing into inventory
bull Operate overhead cranes and forklifts
bull Crosstrained in other departments to support production needs
Experience and Knowledge Requirements
bull Handson experience assembling large heavy components
bull Knowledge of mechanical lifting equipment safe lifting practices and procedures
bull Read technical and assembly drawings
bull Use of hand tools equipment operation measure and setting tolerances for mechanical parts
bull Perform pressure tests and assembly in accordance with specifications SLB standards
bull Pressure related hazards and safety measures
bull Automated and manual hydraulic pumps gauges seals and fittings
bull Identification of different types of seals Oring bonded seals metal to metal seals and their applications
bull Seal installation procedures and equipment
bull Inspection techniques used to determine surface finish
bull Surface finish requirements for sealing applications
bull Familiar with relevant workmanship standards
bull Knowledge of Windows and Office 365 programs such as Excel Word and PowerPoint

Previous Experience and Competencies
bull High school diploma or GED
bull Minimum of 3 years handson experience working in an industrial environment
bull Prior pump and or engine assembly experience is desired Prior oilfield frac equipment maintenance and or operating experience is desired
bull Must have mechanical aptitude
bull Candidate must be able to demonstrate good organizational abilities competency in their previous job roles and good interpersonal skills
bull Candidate should also have knowledge of manufacturing processes and an understanding of ERP software systems In candidates must have competency using SAP or MfgPro GEMS InTouch and Quest
