  • Currently operating under a hybrid model still and have some people in the office each day for phones ndash most work is done remotely though once access is grantednbsp

    The ideal candidate will have Data Entry Skills knowledge of AccountingPayroll along with Customer Service experiencenbsp They will be conducting data auditing to ensure payroll is entered correctlynbsp Will be dealing with all levels of the organization so excellent communication skills is a mustnbspnbsp

    Payroll analyst located in Portland ME who will be responsible for the following

    1 Analyze all data entry received by HR to ensure proper documents and forms are received prior to updating the employee39s record in SAPs
    2 Maintaining Payroll inbox for data entry and inquires Processing all Verifications of Employment received to the Department
    3 Performs daily audits of expense reports to ensure compliance to company guidelines
    4 Acts as Subject Matter Expert for all relevant HR and Payroll matters Answers incoming calls and responds to questions related to policies and procedures from all levels throughout the organization
    5 May prepare reports in SAP on a weekly and monthly basis as required by law and organizational needs
    6 Adheres to and understands all departmental internal controls and maintains all departmental processes to ensure compliance
    7 Must be available in the office to perform these dutiesnbsp

    High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
    bull Possess a high level of attention to detail
    bull Result and proactive orientation
    bull Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others
    bull Strong verbal and written communication skills
    bull Strong time management scheduling and organizational skills
    bull Exceptional business partner focus skills and the ability to explain matters with confidentiality and tact
    bull Excellent working knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel
    bull SAP experience is highly desired
