his position is responsible for working directly with all GTS vendors to obtain all current contracts, including Master Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), Amendments, Order Forms, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), and other Documents referenced in the above (including documents referenced via links inside MSA/SOW/etc.)

Responsibilities for this role include:
Communicates directly with vendors via phone, email, text to obtain all current contract agreements.
Document detailed status of interaction, results and follow ups with each vendor.
Creates and manages Excel-based inventory of documents received.
Identifies, documents, and resolves issues with vendors.
Checks to ensure the agreements are not store in the Contract Management System or Box
Transfer and uploads existing agreements from legacy repository to into new Contract Management System (CMS)
Participates in training session with Legal for the Contract Management System (CMS) to understand basic usage and document management processes to enable uploading of all documents received from vendors into the CMS.
Reviews status with management on a regular/ad-hoc basis and provide weekly reports.
Partners across Global Technology leadership, Global Sourcing leadership and Legal to execute duties
Represents Herbalife in a professional manner at all times.

Knowledge and awareness of basic contract documentation types
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, project coordination skills
Ability to multi-task across the entire list of vendors
Methodical approach to documenting and reporting status

1-3 years of Analyst or Project Coordinator experience or equivalent
