Duties: Performs clerical duties in support of senior level accounting staff: Prepares reports related to tax returns for the firm's clients, answers questions pertaining to company policies and provides administrative support. Tasks may include, but are not limited to data entry, maintaining an accurate inventory, filing and record retention procedures, special project coordination, word processing, meeting preparation and support, ordering supplies, expense reporting etc. The candidate supports and assists in the day- to-day activities of office/department.

Ability to multi-task. Basic Knowledge of MS Office. Proficient in spelling, grammar, and composition. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to type 60 WPM. Ability to use internet and online tools. Filing (Alphanumerical). Ability to professionally with customer issues via telephone or in person.Knowledge: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc. Possesses and applies a general knowledge of office practices and business procedures.
