Consumer Relations Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities

General Purpose
Provide customer service to consumers via a multiple of channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives.

Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities
Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers
Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes
Problem solve in a professional and effective manner.
Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to: telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc)
Answer incoming calls and incoming chats
Respond to incoming emails
Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first call resolution
Return calls from voicemail
Meet department and personal KPIs
Handle a wide variety of social media inquiries, comments and quality issues with composure, humor and empathy
Communicate effectively to consumers' requests via social networks
Respond in a timely manner to posts
Display through appropriate vocabulary, friendly yet consumer driven care and concern

Education and Experience
High School Degree
Bi-lingual helpful
Above average Microsoft Office skills Key Competencies
Communication skills
Customer service focus
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Reliable
Work well as part of a team
* This position will report to the Consumer Relations Manager.
