Consumer Relations Assistant Requirements and Responsibilities

General Purpose
Provide customer service to consumers while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives.

Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities
Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers
Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes
Problem solve in a professional and effective manner.
Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to: telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc)
Answer incoming calls
Respond to incoming emails
Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first call resolution
Return calls from voicemail

Education and Experience
Bi-lingual in Spanish helpful
High School Degree
